Terms of Service

LeadsByYou is an AI-powered B2B prospecting platform. It helps sales and business development professionals identify target companies and relevant contacts based on ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria you define. Results are generated using AI models (Google Gemini) and third-party contact data providers (Lusha, Hunter.io).

These Terms govern your use of LeadsByYou during the Beta Programme. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LeadsByYou is currently in beta. This means:

• The service is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes.
• Features may change, be removed, or be added without prior notice.
• There is no uptime or service-level guarantee (SLA) during beta.
• By participating in the beta, you agree to provide feedback when requested.
• Beta access may be limited, revoked, or transitioned to a paid plan at any time.

Company and contact information shown in LeadsByYou is sourced from:

• Google Search / Gemini — used to identify and describe target companies.
• Lusha — provides professional contact records (name, title, email, phone).
• Hunter.io — provides domain-level email patterns and contact discovery.

Contact data sourced from these providers relates to individuals acting in a professional capacity (business roles, publicly accessible professional information). LeadsByYou does not source or store personal consumer data.

Each provider has their own terms governing the data they supply. By using LeadsByYou you also agree to comply with the terms of Lusha and Hunter.io as they apply to the data you access through this platform.

You agree to use LeadsByYou only for lawful B2B prospecting. Specifically, you must:

• Comply with applicable data protection law (including GDPR where applicable) when contacting individuals identified via LeadsByYou. You are the data controller for any outreach you send; LeadsByYou is a data processor providing discovery tooling only.
• Not send unsolicited bulk email (spam) using data from LeadsByYou.
• Not resell, redistribute, or export contact data obtained via the platform.
• Not use the platform to target individuals in countries subject to applicable trade sanctions.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the platform or its data.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with third parties.

BCC outreach tracking (optional opt-in): If you choose to enable outreach tracking, LeadsByYou provides a unique BCC email address. When you BCC this address on emails you send, LeadsByYou records that outreach occurred and whether a reply was received. Only the following is stored: the contact's email address, a timestamp, and a binary response signal (replied / not replied). No email content, subject lines, or message bodies are ever stored or processed. This feature requires your explicit opt-in and can be disabled at any time from Settings.

Anonymised signal sharing (optional opt-in): Beta users who opt in to signal sharing allow LeadsByYou to use anonymised, aggregated interaction data to improve ICP scoring intelligence. This means: which types of companies you selected (not which specific companies), which contact titles responded (not which individuals), and which search patterns correlated with better outcomes. No specific lead names, company names, email templates, or identifiable client information is extracted or shared.

Vertical cohort isolation is enforced: signals from users in the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) vertical are never mixed with signals from unrelated verticals. Intelligence derived from your sector stays within your sector.

LeadsByYou, its AI models, scoring algorithms, and platform software are owned by LeadsByYou and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the beta period. You retain ownership of any original content you provide (e.g., your ICP profile descriptions and search queries).

The platform is provided "as is" during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsByYou excludes all warranties (express or implied) regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Contact data quality depends on third-party providers and AI model accuracy; we do not guarantee that any individual contact record is current, reachable, or correctly attributed.

LeadsByYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business opportunity, revenue, or reputational harm resulting from outreach sent using platform-sourced data.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. LeadsByYou may suspend or terminate beta access at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify beta users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
